Traumatologists specialized in foot and ankle surgery, using both conventional and endoscopic techniques.

Dentro de la biomecánica se pueden estudiar los movimientos (cinemática) y las fuerzas que los provocan (cinética). El conocimiento de la cinética y la cinemática son indispensables para diseñar tratamientos ortopédicos efectivos para proteger las articulaciones y estructuras tendinosas y musculares.
